But today I have pulled my socks up. I ate pasta yesterday ( a buttload of it too) and then saw a gain of 500 grams on the scale and felt sad.
And then I thought… Fuck it. I can do this. So I slipped up? I’m human god damn it and I will work harder this week. Went for an hour walk, then did 40 minutes of yoga, and eaten damn well today.
Here’s to not hating on myself for ONE TINY SLIP UP!!
